Nice to Meet You.
We were both born in Venezuela, and we have known each other since we were kids. Life pulled us in different directions for a while. Alan moved to the United States with his family when he was eight years old. Anilec stayed in South America, eventually building her life in Chile. But somehow, after all those years and all that distance, we found our way back to each other.
We got married, and then spent two full years living in different countries while waiting on the immigration process to bring Anilec here legally. It was not easy. But we believed in doing it the right way, and we are glad we did. She arrived in Florida in the summer of 2025, and we have been building our life together here ever since.
We do things the right way, even when it takes longer. That is not just how we run the business. It is how we live.
Alan served six years in the United States Air Force as an Aircraft Electrical and Environmental Systems Technician. That role demanded precision, patience, and a zero-tolerance attitude toward cutting corners. That mindset never left him. After the Air Force, he spent three years as a Project Manager for a remodeling company, overseeing work on multi-million dollar homes in communities like Wild Blue in Fort Myers. He has seen how the best projects get done, and he has seen what goes wrong when shortcuts get taken. When he walks into your home, the standard is the same: every detail matters, every surface is treated with care, and nothing is considered done until it is actually right.
Anilec brings something equally important to everything we do. She is warm, joyful, and genuinely invested in every person we work with. She has a natural gift for making people feel at ease, and that energy shapes the whole experience of working with us. When clients tell us they felt comfortable having us in their home, a lot of that is Anilec.
We started Visionary Interior Designs because we wanted to build something that reflected who we are. We are Christians, and our faith is the foundation of how we work. We do not cut corners when no one is watching. We do not use pressure tactics or push clients toward things they do not need. We tell you the truth about what your project requires, even when that truth is inconvenient for us.
We are still growing. But we are fully committed to our clients, to the quality of our work, and to each other. Every project we take on is a chance to honor God through what we do and to genuinely make someone's home better. That is what keeps us going.
